Beecell Service Delivery Platform is a complete turn key solution for content entry, management, manipulation, and delivery. The platform has proved to be very reliable, robust, flexible, and offering many options and add-ons as required by the different operators.
Beecell platform consists of two main parts: Content management and service management and delivery.
Content Management: The content management platform allows content entry for SMS channels, MMS Channels, WAP Push channels, and Downloadable Multimedia content. Content is entered in several sizes in order to have it rendered to fit all mobile phones in the market today.
Content entered is automatically available through several provisioning methods and interface options: SMS commands, WAP portals, and Web portals.
The content management platform is designed to be used by multiple operators and multiple content providers where each provider is supplied with a user account with special privileges allowing for entry to specific content categories.
Service Management and Delivery: The service delivery platform consists of an SMS Gateway and MMS Gateway. The system is very flexible and allows an instant service customization including; adding new operator ports, defining the billing mechanism, defining and modifying system commands and system messages. Most of the platform functionality is available through Web interfaces where any person without any technical knowledge can use it.
As with the content management system, the service delivery platform can host unlimited user accounts each with specific privileges as specified by the administrator. Different users can have access to specific services in order to view them and/or modify them. Furthermore, the administrator can specify for each account which statistical information is accessible.

IVR Platforms
Beecell develops IVR solutions for mobile interactive services. Through a fully scalable and customizable platform, we are able to develop an IVR platform that services all needs.
Applications
Chat: BeeCHAT is an SMS and MMS friend finder chat applications allowing users to chat with other registered users using SMS or MMS. The application is controlled by an administrator tool that can define different commands, control censored words, and view different statistics about the users and traffic generated.
Trivia & Voting: The Trivia and Voting application is used to launch campaigns for any brand. Usual setup of any campaign is done within 30 minutes using this fully customizable application.
Bulk Messaging: BeeBULK is an application used for sending bulk SMS, MMS, WAP Push, as well as binary bulk messages. The application has many features such as deferred sending, online address book, ability to customize the sender ID, and ability to create sub-accounts and define their privileges.
SMS2TV / MMS2TV: Taking advantage of Beecell’s direct connections with GSM operators, TV interactive services can be launched quickly with many operators in the region. Services include Chat, Voting, Trivia, and MMS interactivity.
SMS2Web / MMS2Web: To increase web portal user interactivity, sms2web and mms2web allow users to send and receive SMS and MMS from any portal.
